Through the use of both high pressure and high volume water, EHS Specialty Services, has designed a procedure and process to allow this cleaning power to be used for oilfield production equipment; of which, is the safest most cost effective way to increase production reliability.
How it works:
- By using specialized nozzles to deliver high pressure (up to 20k psi) at a high volume (up to 2brl minute), EHS can deliver a powerful cleaning process to hard-to-reach places with excellent results. This process uses a twin simultaneous rotation that spins on a X and Y axis, giving EHS the ability to clean all sections of the vessel, without entry into the vessel and with NO damage to the vessel.

This technology removes the need for having to put technicians into a confined space. By using a telescoping lance with the 3D technology, EHS can position the tool to the exact area for premium performance and lock the tool into place; therefore, eliminating a technician from physically holding the lance.

With the increased demands on flow lines form the well to the collection facilities, Flex-Pipe and similar types of lines are being used to increase reliability and production. However, paraffin has been noticed collecting in these lines and reducing flow.
EHS has built the 1st traveling flex lance tool to be inserted up to 2500ft in one direction to deliver the same cleaning power for removal of paraffin and foreign debris to keep the lines at full capacity and reliability.
